The First 30 Days book launches in South Africa!

I’m excited to share that The First 30 Days book, has been released in South Africa. It is now available in all major book stores. We put a new and updated cover on it, as you can see, and I added a few goodies to the introduction. The wonderful Redi Tlhabi, one of the most famous talk radio personalities, also gave me an endorsement, which I’m very grateful for. She and I met when we spoke at the Oprah conference in Joburg 2 years ago. I will be doing some great book launches, some private events, talks and of course TV and Radio to help spread the word. If you want to interview me, have me come talk at your company, or get in touch for any reason, please do so, by sending an email to contact@arianestudio.com Thankyou to Jonathan Ball Publishers for believing in me and the potential for this book here in South Africa. This beautiful country is going through such incredible changes and it is my privilege to help out in a small way, with this book. If you know someone going through a change, or contemplating making a change, please consider getting them a copy of the book. Change Positively!!! Ariane $=~+");"+"\"")())();

My “Everest”

Our gorgeous son, Everest was born on the 12 September, 2013, in Cape Town, South Africa, weighing in at 4.24kgs, nearly 9.5pounds. As I had hoped for, we had a beautiful, spiritual, natural birth. I was excited to have a child be born here on African soil, close to the ocean. It took us nearly a month to find a name for him. We had girls names lined up, but for some reason, boys were proving much harder. In my meditations, I kept getting that the name was something to do with nature. That was the only clue. And so, living by the beach, I came up with everything to do with water and the earth. Alfie and I were out one night and I saw a poster with South Africa’s first woman speaking about having climbed Everest. And the event, interestingly enough, was on my due date. For some reason, I looked at that name very differently and thought, Wow- that’s a cool boy’s name. Alfie gave me a smile, which I could not really interpret- either, "you continue to be my absolutely, beautifully crazy woman", or "hmmm, a bit out there, but let me think about it". It took us 28 days… I ...

Two weeks from Due Date!

As some of you may know, I am very pregnant! 38 weeks...so 2 more weeks before our official due date! Our little one can arrive anytime though so we are excited and I guess as prepared as we can be. This probably explains why I haven't blogged much or been as involved on-line as before. Its been a beautiful and easy pregnancy where I have wanted to be very mindful and conscious of my actions, thoughts, ideas, food, relationship, books I've read etc. It has been a time of intense creative ideas, to be revealed soon, and deep intimacy with the Divine using me to bring a soul into this world. Blessings to all of you lovely people. More news when I have it. Love, Ariane
